
Heather Dayton has been with Fitness Crossroad since 2004 and has worked within the Fitness Industry for 15+ years.
Heather is a NETA Certified Personal Trainer and holds Instructor Certifications through RKC (Kettlebell) and Spinning. She is currently pursuing the requirements for Master Spinning Instructor. Heather is also Certified in Pilates Reformer nd Group Fitness. She frequently participates in clinics and workshops and is passionate about sharing her continued educational experiences with members and clients. Heather believes there are several keys to a successful fitness journey:
- Lifestyle adjustments, nutrition and exercise can give you the balance you need.
- Cross training that includes strength, cardiovascular conditioning, and flexibility
- The rest are just doors waiting to be opened.
Her professional interests include functional training, lifestyle transformations, chronic pain, and cardiac disorders. Heather has personal experiences within these interests that carry over to her approach as a trainer.
You can find Heather in the studio during Spin and a variety of other classes. When out on the fitness floor watch for her with the FC Kettlebell Club, PXT Group (Progressive Cross Training), or Private and Semi Private PT sessions. When Heather is not teaching or training she is with her family or in a Yoga Class.
