
Jan Campbell has been in the fitness field since leg warmers, off-the-shoulder sweatshirts and head bands were all the rage! As a life long dancer, Jan has always loved moving and grooving, and especially enjoys being able to share that love through many types of group fitness classes. As an ACE- certified group fitness instructor and certified Zumba instructor, she has a versatility that extends from traditional cardio dance moves to total body conditioning, step aerobics, kickboxing, strength training and of course, Zumba.
As a member of the Fitness Crossroad team, Jan enjoys leading the active older adult classes -- Zumba Gold and Senior Complete -- as well as the Enhance Fitness class sponsored by UCare.
Jan’s Zumba classes are where all her passions really come together. Fun cardio dance moves, Latin and world music rhythms, a challenging and effective work-out, all with a smile. Try it, you’ll like it! And please join Jan for any of her classes ... all ages and levels are always welcome!
