
Jennifer has been with Fitness Crossroad since the club opened in 2001. She has taught many different formats and has also managed the group fitness department.
Jennifer began her fitness journey over 20 years ago as a group fitness instructor. In 2001 she stepped onto a yoga mat and found a rebirth of energy, both mentally and physically through teaching and sharing the gift yoga. She considers becoming a yoga teacher the best thing she has ever done in her professional career. Her diverse experience in the fitness industry allows her to help adapt the practice of yoga to individual needs and abilities. Jennifer's certifications include ACE group fitness and Spinning indoor cycling. She is also a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500 hours).
Jennifer believes in yoga's ability to heal the body and quiet the mind. She believes in its uniqueness to strengthen the body and soften the spirit, and that it is a gift to all bodies. Every day she looks forward to sharing her passion for yoga and fitness and hopes to inspire individuals to live healthier, happier lives.
