
Kelsey is personal trainer and group fitness instructor at Fitness Crossroads. She has completed certifications with Aerobics and Fitness Association of America and National Personal Training Institute. After years of participating in dance, group classes, kickboxing and a fitness video with Tamilee Webb, she decided to dedicate her life to teaching others the principles of fitness and nutrition. She believes in a holistic approach to fitness and aims to be an inspiring fitness professional who keeps clients motivated with variety and encouragement to reach their fitness and lifestyle goals.
Kelsey is a devoted animal lover and regularly participates in Animal Humane Society fundraising, including the Walk for Animals.
