Hours - reservations are recommended for all hours:
Mornings / Weekends
9:30 am - 1:15 pm Monday - Friday
8:00 am - 1:15 pm Saturday
Afternoon/Evenings
4:30 pm - 8:00 pm Monday - Thursday
Closed Friday afternoons / evenings
Starting October 7th, 2007
Childcare will be open on Sundays from 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm
Parents Night Out
Watch for this once per month
Fridays from 6 - 9 pm
Kids Group Fitness Classes
• Starting October 2nd, 2007- Kids Yoga/Music & Movement - Tuesdays 11:00 - 11:30
• Kids XT -
Sat 11:00 - 11:30 am
These classes are free to children of members.
Minnesota state law (non-licensed), requires a parent to be on the premises at all times when his/her child is in the Fitness Crossroad Childcare
