- Please come to class at least 10 minutes early. Let the instructor know you are new to class, and of any special conditions or injuries that you are taking care of.
- Wear comfortable clothing that you can move in and appropriate shoes. Water should brought in covered containers.
- Yoga and pilates classes are typically done in bare feet. Please bring your own mat. We have a limited number of loaner mats available at the front desk for those that do not have one.
- Reservations are needed for our Spin classes (see schedule for details), please call 612-788-1100. When you reserve your bike, please let the staff know if this is your first class so they can let the instructor know. It is also important that you come early to get properly fitted on a bike. A towel and a full bottle of water is required for all Spin classes. Note: Our Spin bikes are SPD compatible (regular shoes can be worn as well).
