
Jessie is the Fitness Crossroad Run Club coach. A life-long athlete, her training philosophy combines strength, cardiovascular endurance and flexibility -- and emphasizes that all three are equally important for proper body balance. She incorporates tools that enhance body strength and stability through nutrition, core strength, circuit training, free weights, resistance bands, stability balls, calisthenics, plyometrics, agility drills, medicine balls, yoga and more.
Jessie is a NETA-certified Fitness Instructor, NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist and a graduate of CorePower Yoga's 200-hour teacher training program. She trains athletes and non-athletes alike. Her true passion is for the capacity of the body to be transformed into what we desire it to be. She teaches people how to change and mold their bodies to accommodate changing lifestyles and needs.
