  • Jennifer Hauge

    Jennifer has been with Fitness Crossroad since before the club opened for business in 2001
  • Kelsey Brodt

    A group fitness instructor and personal trainer, Kelsey is such an intergal part of the Fitness Crossroad team. Movement has always been an important part of her life. She began dancing at age five and joined her high school dance team and competitive cheerleading squad. She took several dance classes in college and a couple years after graduation began instructing group fitness classes.

    Laura is an instructor and massage therapist at Fitness Crossroad. She finds that her diverse experience as a dancer, yoga instructor and massage therapist gives her a unique sense of intuition and understanding of the body.

  • Margarey Zwiefelhofer

    Margarey came to Fitness Crossroad in 2002. It was in this community that she first experienced and fell in love with the non-judgmental practice of yoga.
  • Melissa Nelson

    Melissa has been a part of the Fitness Crossroad community since 2003, when her family joined as members. During her time at Fitness Crossroad she has met wonderful people and cultivated friendships that she values immensely. Her three children have literally grown up at the club -- going to childcare, camps, karate class and making their own friends along the way.
  • Randy Ives

    Randy Ives is a personal trainer and has enjoyed sports and exercise all his life.He is currently involved in alpine, nordic and water skiing; ice hockey, biking and kettlebells. An ACE-certified personal trainer since 2003, he also holds certifications through NASM, Russian Kettlebell (RKC) and TRX.

    After being encouraged by a personal trainer to try a Spin Class, Ruth instantly fell in love with it. In addition to being a convenient location with the feel of a small community, it was the Spin Classes at Fitness Crossroad that lead her and her husband to become members in 2012.

    Stacey Stark has been with Fitness Crossroad since 2005. She heads up our training department as lead trainer and also teaches group fitness.

    I remember taking my first Zumba class and instantly loving it! I officially received my Zumba License in 2012 and haven't stopped dancing since! Zumba lets me combine my passion for teaching and dancing while encouraging and motivating others. I love what I do!
