  • Kelsey Brodt

    A group fitness instructor and personal trainer, Kelsey is such an intergal part of the Fitness Crossroad team. Movement has always been an important part of her life. She began dancing at age five and joined her high school dance team and competitive cheerleading squad. She took several dance classes in college and a couple years after graduation began instructing group fitness classes.

    Randy Ives is a personal trainer and has enjoyed sports and exercise all his life.He is currently involved in alpine, nordic and water skiing; ice hockey, biking and kettlebells. An ACE-certified personal trainer since 2003, he also holds certifications through NASM, Russian Kettlebell (RKC) and TRX.
