Run Club

Run Club is FREE for all members and welcomes you year round with a different workout every week, each aimed at improving speed, technique or endurance.  Workouts are done indoors on treadmills. Outdoor running when weather permits. Led by Jessica Syfko, a certified strength and conditioning coach and former University of Minnesota cross country runner, Run Club is open to runners of all levels, from those just beginning to people  training for marathons. A fun and social way to make running a part of your fitness regimen. Run Club meets every Tuesday night from 6-7 p.m. Call the front desk at 612-788-1100 to reserve your spot.
