Run Club is FREE for all members. Join us year round with a different workout every week; each aimed at improving speed, technique or endurance. Workouts are done indoors on treadmills. Outdoor running when weather permits. Run Club is open to runners of all levels; from those just beginning to those training for marathons, and everyone in between.
