Small group training is the perfect way to get more individualized attention in a budget-friendly way. We offer a variety of group training classes each day. These offer the energy and motivation of a group class; but since number of participants is limited, each person gets more focused guidance from the trainer. Small group training includes a wide-range of exercises, techniques and equipment to ensure fun, variety and proper form; and to help you see results.  TRX, Heavy Ropes and Kettlebell are just a few of the options we offer. Unless otherwise noted, classes are included with our memberships.
