Small Group TrainingSMALL GROUP TRAINING

Personalized instruction in a variety of fun formats. Small group training combines the benefits of working with a trainer, with the fun and energy of a group class. Kettlebell, TRX, Heavy Ropes, Barre and more are offered every week at the club.

Run ClubRUN CLUB

Whether you are a marathon runner or just stepping into running, Run Club offers support, encouragement, camaraderie and focused training. This year-round group runs outside, weather permitting, and on the treadmills when necessary.

Kids are an important part of our community. Parents rave about our warm, welcoming childcare program and wonderful staff. Beyond offering fantastic care to your kids while you work out, we have fun kids fitness classes, summer camps and a monthly Parents Night Out!
